Her journey in dentistry began with inspiration from her mother, who also worked in the dental field. Following in her mother’s footsteps, Jantele developed a deep appreciation for oral health and patient care from an early age. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology, which has provided her with a strong scientific foundation and fueled her aspiration to pursue a Doctorate in Dentistry in the future. 

In her role as Office Manager, Jantele oversees daily operations, coordinates patient scheduling, manages insurance and billing processes, and supports the dental team in delivering seamless, efficient, and compassionate care. She leverages her clinical background to bridge communication between patients and providers, ensuring that both staff and patients experience a professional, welcoming, and organized environment. Her leadership is defined by attention to detail, problem-solving, and a commitment to fostering a positive office culture. 

Outside of her professional career, Jantele is a devoted mother to her daughter, Chloe, and balances her family life with her dedication to dentistry. She values personal and professional growth and draws inspiration from both her career and her role as a parent, striving to lead by example in all areas of her life.

Known for her gentle approach and compassionate demeanor, Monique strives to build meaningful relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel at ease during each visit. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence allow her to deliver thorough, personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Outside of the office, Monique is a devoted mother to her daughter, a role that has further strengthened her nurturing and patient-centered approach to care. In her free time, she enjoys reading and taking time to relax, recharge, and enjoy life’s simple pleasures. Balancing her professional career with motherhood, Monique brings warmth, dedication, and empathy to both her personal life and her work as a dental hygienist.

Driven to fulfill her goal of becoming a licensed dental hygienist in the United States, Ms. Del Castillo pursued her degree at New York University, where she was honored with Colgate’s STAR (Student Total Achievement Recognition) Award in recognition of her academic excellence and professional dedication. 

Ms. Del Castillo’s passion for dentistry is fueled by witnessing the positive impact of her care on patients’ lives. She finds great fulfillment in practicing in an environment where meaningful transformations occur—not only in patients’ smiles, but in their overall confidence and well-being. She remains committed to her mission of improving lives through patient education, emphasizing the importance of oral health and encouraging timely, appropriate treatment.

Danielle is an experienced dental assistant who joined the practice in 2023 and brings a strong background in orthodontic assisting to the clinical team. She plays an integral role in supporting high-quality patient care by providing efficient and attentive chairside assistance during a wide range of dental, orthodontic, and facial aesthetic procedures. Danielle is skilled in assisting with appliance placements and adjustments, ensuring treatments are performed smoothly and accurately.

In her current role, Cindy serves as a welcoming first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from scheduling appointments to addressing patient inquiries. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children. She is continually seeking ways to improve her lifestyle and personal well-being. She has a wide range of interests, including bow making and reading horror, mystery, and romance novels.
